Please carefully review these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") prior to accessing or utilizing our website, application interfaces, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
1. Description of Service
Legibilize provides proprietary digital text processing and formatting utilities engineered to strip unnecessary web artifacts, optimize layout structures, and enhance digital readability to mitigate ocular fatigue.
2. Authentication & Security
Access to premium tiers of the Service is governed through passwordless, cryptographically secure single-use links ("Magic Links") transmitted to your verified email address upon successful transaction authentication. Session state information is stored locally within your browser cache (localStorage) to maintain continuous service availability.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse: Access credentials and authentication tokens are strictly intended for individual, non-transferable use. Legibilize actively monitors system metrics for anomalous consumption patterns. If single-token utilization is detected across an unreasonable number of concurrent IP addresses or geographic nodes, Legibilize reserves the right to immediately suspend access to protect service integrity and mitigate automated scraping activities.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on both recurring monthly and annual subscription terms. All recurring billing cycles are processed securely via our merchant payment gateway (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account settings or billing dashboard.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LEGIBILIZE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TEXT PARSING ENGINE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH 100% OF THIRD-PARTY DYNAMIC WEBSITES AND PROPRIETARY DOM SCHEMAS.
