1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans provide immediate, unhindered access to our high-performance infrastructure, cloud parsers, and bandwidth. Consequently, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future recurring charges.
2. Annual Subscriptions
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all initial annual subscription purchases. If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days of initial purchase by contacting support@legibilize.com.
3. Fair Usage & Refund Eligibility
To prevent platform exploitation, refund requests will be rendered invalid and automatically denied if system usage logs indicate that the account has processed or scraped in excess of fifty (50) articles during the initial 7-day evaluation window.
